NOTICE BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE NORTH SONOMA COUNTY HEALTHCARE DISTRICT OF THE DATE FOR PUBLIC HEARINGS ON PROPOSED RESOLUTIONS SETTING THE APPROPRIATIONS LIMIT FOR, AND DETERMINING THE TAX RATE TO BE LEVIED ON PROPERTY WITHIN, THE DISTRICT DURING FISCAL YEAR 2023/2024.
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the North Sonoma County Healthcare District is required to schedule and conduct public hearings to consider the adoption of resolutions setting the appropriations limit for, and determining the tax rate to be levied on parcels of land within, the District during fiscal year 2023/2024; and
WHEREAS, the proposed resolutions are acceptable and consistent with the provisions of Government Code Section 7910 and Resolution No. 11-03 adopted by the Board of Directors of the District on November 24, 2003, and approved by the voters in the District on April 13, 2004.
NOW, THEREFORE, PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Directors of the North Sonoma County Healthcare District will conduct said public hearings on Thursday June 29, 2023 at 4:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard at 111 Monte Vista Ave., Healdsburg, CA 95448. Upon conclusion of the Hearing, the Board will consider adoption of a resolution approving the 2023-2024 appropriations limit, and levying the parcel tax at $150 per parcel in accordance with Board Resolution No 11-03. Copies of the appropriations limit have been available since May 15, 2023 and are available by contacting info@nschd.com.
